Bronze Awards at Brandon Hall & Stevie Awards 2025

Ali Raif Pharmaceuticals has been honored with two prestigious international awards in recognition of its innovative approach to employee development and the opportunities it provides for young talent.

  • At the 2025 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, the company received a Bronze Award in the Learning & Development category for “Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program.” The award was granted for the “Digital Transformation of Basic Medical Education Project, developed to provide a holistic and interactive response to the evolving learning needs of field employees. Designed as a scalable and user-centric digital learning experience, the program complements traditional training with interactive, modular, and gamified content. Covering therapeutic areas such as cardiology, psychiatry, neurology, and endocrinology, it ensures fast access to knowledge while offering both new and existing employees active and lasting learning opportunities.
  • In the same period, Ali Raif Pharmaceuticals also received a Bronze Award at the Stevie Awards 2025, one of the world’s most prestigious business awards, in the category of “Best Youth Employment Strategy.” The award recognized the Formula Young Talent Program, launched in 2023 to provide a structured, long-term internship opportunity for senior university students. Over the course of five months, participants rotate across two different departments, gaining hands-on experience while being mentored by industry experts. The program offers young talent opportunities such as exposure to the pharmaceutical industry, personal and professional development support, teamwork and communication skills, insights into pharmaceutical production, project development and presentation experience, and access to thousands of e-learning modules via an LMS platform. To date, 13% of participants have been offered suitable roles within Ali Raif Pharmaceuticals immediately upon graduation.
