The Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data, which took effect on April 7, 2016, applies to our current business models. This law is a requirement of Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, a fundamental right about protection of personal data. In this respect, as a Data Controller and Processor, Ali Raif İlaç processes your personal data within the boundaries set in the legislation and on the relevant legal grounds, and receives consultancy services from legal specialists to adapt compliant processes to our services. This consultancy service helps us form our data inventory, established on scientific and legal foundations in our field of activity, and our response mechanism for the relevant policies, procedures and requests.
