An Innovative Approach to Learning
Across the business world, there is a growing emphasis on embedding learning into everyday work rather than limiting it to formal training events. Developed in response to this need, the “Spaced Repetition Learning Project” has aimed to transform learning from a one-off experience into a process that unfolds over time, is reinforced through repetition, and is integrated into the flow of work.
As part of the project, the traditional approach to training was reimagined through digital and interactive learning experiences. Different learning formats, including “Bite-Sized Podcasts,” microlearning modules, instant knowledge checks, and scenario-based role-play videos reflecting real-world field situations, were brought together to give employees practical, timely access to the information they need. This approach was designed to help field teams reinforce their knowledge through shorter, more accessible, and more sustainable learning experiences.
The Gold Award won by the “Spaced Repetition Learning Project” was strong evidence that Ali Raif Pharmaceuticals’ innovative approach to learning and development had gained recognition on a global scale. We thank all our colleagues and stakeholders whose dedication and contributions made this project possible, from its initial conceptualization and learning design through content development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
By extending our “Adding Value to Life” approach to employee development, we continue to develop innovative learning models.
